Breathe deeper. Live slower. Feel whole.

Breathwork and bodywork in North London and online.

For burnout, stress, and when life changes shape.

You understand what is happening, and yet you are still exhausted. When thinking it through is no longer enough, there is an older way back: through the body, not the mind.

Real change only happens when the body feels safe.

A woman with long, curly blonde hair sits cross-legged on a rug, holding her chest and stomach, talking to a man with short brown hair and a beard, sitting cross-legged on a yoga mat in a bright, minimalist room with sunlight and a glowing lamp.

WHEN THE WAY YOU'VE ALWAYS COPED STOPS WORKING

For years, the pace worked. You delivered, you held things together, you kept going, because that is what you do.

Then something shifted. Life started to feel overwhelming. Maybe the sleep broke first. Or the patience. Or the ability to truly switch off, even during those sacred few weeks of holiday each year. Perhaps it was bigger than that: a redundancy, a loss, a change you chose that still took the ground from under you.

Modern life asks us to live in one long summer of doing. No fallow seasons. Nothing left to lie quiet and recover. But you are a body, not a machine, and a body keeps its own seasons.

You may understand exactly what is happening and still feel unsettled. That is not a failure of willpower.

The body needs to feel safe before it can change.

A SLOWER, OLDER WAY BACK

If you are looking for the usual wellness path then this is not the right place.

This is gentle, grounded work with the breath and the body, the systems that years of pressure have been running hard, and the oldest intelligence you carry.

Your breath already knows how to settle you. Your body already knows how to rest, soften, and recover. They have simply been overruled for a long time. This work is about letting them speak again.

Over time, it may help you:

FEEL CALMER, MORE GROUNDED AND PRESENT

RELEASE TENSION THE BODY HAS BEEN HOLDING FOR YEARS

REBALANCE YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM

SLEEP IN A WAY THAT ACTUALLY RESTORES YOU

BUILD RESILIENCE TO CALMLY MEET LIFE’S DEMANDS

  • “I felt noticeably calmer and more in my body, but also more energised at the same time.”

    — Damian, Professional Musician

  • “I came away feeling grounded and calm. My sleep was deep and uninterrupted.”

    — Rupi, Media Professional

  • “My stress levels have dropped significantly. My HRV balance has grown by over 10%.”

    — Jon, Media Executive

  • “Deeply restorative and grounding… I felt extremely calm and slept so well afterwards.”

    — Zaynab, Media Strategist

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

There is a path here, and it begins gently.

Begin with a call. Free, 20 to 30 minutes, online. We talk about where you actually are. I'll tell you honestly whether this work is right for you, and if it isn't, I'll say so.

The programme. Eight weeks, one to one, in Muswell Hill or online. A slow, deliberate arc from rest, to steadiness, to capacity, with deeper hands-on somatic work arriving only when your body is genuinely ready to receive it. Beneath it sits a physiological framework of restoration, regulation and resilience, developed through my training with the School of Breath Science.

Returning sessions. For those who have walked the path once and want to come back to it when life asks.

NEW HERE? START WITH A TASTE

The gentlest way in: the Monday Reset, a small group breathwork session to begin the week settled rather than braced. Online now, and in person in Muswell Hill from October. No experience needed, nothing to prepare, nothing asked of you.

Groups are kept intentionally small, six people at most, so the space stays personal and well held. Each session includes time to arrive, practise, and settle afterwards. £25 online, £40 in person.

Prefer one to one? Book a single taster session: 75 minutes of gentle breathwork and/or light bodywork, £130 in person or £100 online, and if you go on to the programme within a month, it comes off the price.

ABOUT ME

I'm Kasia Farrar. I spent more than twenty years in senior media roles with organisations including the BBC, Disney, Sky, and Sony, and I know the moment when the strategies that built a career can no longer hold a life.

Burnout and personal loss brought me to this work. Breathwork and bodywork became my way back into my body when thinking alone had stopped helping. And because twenty years of strategy leaves a mark, I needed to understand why it worked, so alongside certifying as a breathwork and bodywork practitioner, with over 600 hours of professional training, I keep studying the science underneath: the breath, the nervous system, how stress moves through a body and how it is undone.

I live and work in Muswell Hill, North London, offering sessions in person and online. My way of working is calm, attentive, and paced by your body, not by me.
