Breathwork for stress, focus and resilience at work

With over 20 years working in senior roles across organisations such as the BBC, Disney, Sky and Sony, I understand the reality of pressure, constant pace, and the impact this has on the body and mind. I have led teams through restructures, deadlines and change, and I know what it costs to keep delivering through all of it.

I now work with organisations to bring breathwork and nervous system awareness into the workplace in a way that is practical, grounded, and accessible. No incense, no jargon: simple physiological tools, taught well.Where creativity meets clarity, and vision meets action.

WHAT IT DOES FOR TEAMS

These sessions support teams in managing stress, improving focus, and building more sustainable energy and emotional resilience. The aim is not to add more on top of full workloads, but to offer simple tools that can be used in everyday working life: at a desk, before a difficult meeting, at the end of a long day.

The approach is grounded in respiratory science and nervous system physiology, developed through my professional training with InnerCamp and the School of Breath Science. It works because it is practical: people leave with techniques they can use the same afternoon.

FORMATS

Sessions are tailored to the needs of each organisation and can be adapted for different teams, contexts, and timeframes. Common shapes:

Lunch and learn (45 to 60 minutes): an accessible introduction with immediately usable techniques

Half-day workshop: deeper work on stress, recovery and focus for a team or leadership group

Regular series: weekly or fortnightly sessions that build a lasting practice across a team

1:1 support for leaders: private sessions for senior people carrying the heaviest load

In person, or online.
