An eight week return to your body
What to ExpectEight weeks, one to one, in Muswell Hill or online. A structured path from rest, to steadiness, to capacity, for people who have been carrying too much for too long.
You do not arrive here needing to be convinced that something has to change. You arrive tired, capable, and a little wary. This page tells you exactly what the eight weeks hold, so you can decide from solid ground.
❋ Before week one
Everything starts with a free exploration call: 20 to 30 minutes, online, no obligation. We talk about where you actually are, what your system has been holding, and whether this programme is the right thing. If it is not, I will say so, and where I can, I will point you toward what is.
❋ The shape of the eight weeks
Weeks 1 and 2. Rest. We begin with how you actually breathe, day and night, and with taking weight off the system. You leave the first session with a simple daily practice, a few minutes, built for your life as it is. Nothing demanding is asked of you in these weeks. That is the point of them.
Weeks 3 to 5. Steadiness. Guided breathing sessions build a slower, more organised rhythm in the breath, and in the nervous system underneath it. Reactivity begins to loosen its grip. The daily practice deepens as your system shows it is ready.
Weeks 6 and 7. Capacity. With ground under you, we ask for a little more. This is where the deeper work arrives: hands-on bodywork, discussed and agreed together, paced entirely by your body. And when it fits, a session becomes a walk in Highgate Wood, training the breath in movement, with breath holds along the way.
Week 8. Integration. We gather what your body has learned into a practice you keep, written down and yours. Then we decide together what, if anything, comes next. For some people that is nothing, which is a good outcome. For others, it is returning sessions when life asks.
❋ Underneath it, the science
The programme follows a physiological framework of restoration, regulation and resilience, developed through my training with the School of Breath Science, and it stays inside what your system can actually use. If you want to understand how the work works, and what a session is like before you ever book one, that has a page of its own: How I work.
❋ What is included
Eight weekly sessions of 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the work of that week, in person in Muswell Hill (N10) or online
A personal daily breathing practice, adjusted week by week as your system changes
Support between sessions on WhatsApp: message me about your practice and what you're noticing, and I'll reply once a day, Monday to Friday, with a short check-in from me midweek
A written practice plan that remains yours after the programme ends
❋ The Investment
The full programme is £1,040 in person (£130 a session), or £800 online (£100 a session). You can pay in full, or in two instalments; both cost the same.
And if, after our first two sessions, you feel this isn't right for you, I will refund everything beyond those two sessions, and we will part as friends. I say two because the first is where we assess and begin gently; by the second, you will know what the work actually feels like.
Or feel the work first. If eight weeks is more than you're ready to commit to, you can book a single taster session: 75 minutes of gentle breathwork and/or light bodywork, one to one, for £130 in person or £100 online. A taster shows you the work. What it cannot be is the version built around you: the assessment, the daily practice adjusted week by week, the deeper work arriving when your system is ready. That is what the programme is for. And if you step into it within a month, the taster comes off the price.
Like everything one to one here, the taster begins with a free exploration call, so we can make sure it's the right first step for your system.
Founding clients. Before the programme opens fully in September, I am taking five founding clients at £560 (£70 a session), in exchange for honest feedback on the experience. If you would like one of those places, say so on the exploration call.
