  • Book a consultation or session via Squarespace Scheduling (Acuity)

  • Complete consultation or intake forms

  • Make payment via Stripe or PayPal

  • Subscribe via Squarespace or Substack

  • Contact me directly by email

Under UK GDPR, personal data is processed on the following bases:

If you subscribe to updates, your details are stored securely via Squarespace and/or Substack.

You may unsubscribe at any time. Booking a session does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

I use trusted providers including:

  • Squarespace (website, forms, and email communications)

  • Squarespace Scheduling / Acuity (booking and intake forms)

  • Zoom (online sessions)

  • Stripe and PayPal (payments)

  • Monzo (business banking)

  • Substack (email communications)

These providers operate under their own privacy policies and recognised data protection standards.

9. International Transfers

Some providers may store data outside the UK. Where this occurs, they rely on UK-approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

10. Data Retention

Health and consultation records are retained for a minimum of 7 years in line with professional insurance and safeguarding requirements.

Financial records are retained for 6 years as required by UK tax law.

Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe.

When no longer required, data is securely deleted.
