Terms & Conditions | Client Agreement
Please read carefully.
These Terms & Conditions and Client Agreement apply to all services offered by Her Wilder Nature, including introductory consultations, one-to-one breathwork sessions, bodywork sessions, small group sessions, workshops, events, and corporate wellbeing offerings.
Breathwork and body-based practices can be powerful and embodied experiences. The intention of this agreement is to ensure clarity, safety, and mutual understanding, so you can participate feeling informed and supported.
Participation and Responsibility
I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in conscious connected breathwork and/or bodywork sessions with Her Wilder Nature and that I take full responsibility for my participation.
I understand that this work is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care, and that it is my responsibility to consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any physical or mental health concerns before participating.
I understand that certain medical or psychological conditions may make conscious connected breathwork unsuitable without medical approval. These may include, but are not limited to: cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy, severe asthma, glaucoma, pregnancy, recent surgery, severe psychiatric conditions, or the use of certain medications.
I confirm that I have disclosed any relevant conditions and take full responsibility for seeking medical advice where necessary.
I agree to inform the facilitator of any relevant medical, psychological, or wellbeing-related information that may affect my participation prior to a session.
I understand that conscious connected breathwork and bodywork do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions, and that no guarantees are made regarding outcomes.
I understand that Her Wilder Nature does not provide crisis support. If I am experiencing acute mental health distress, suicidal ideation, or a psychiatric emergency, I will seek appropriate medical or emergency services.
Introductory Consultation
Before booking one-to-one breathwork or bodywork sessions, an introductory consultation may be required. This allows space to understand my needs and to confirm that this work is appropriate and supportive at this time.
Consent, Choice, and Boundaries
I understand that it is my responsibility to communicate any discomfort, emotional distress, or physical concerns before or during a session.
I acknowledge that I have the right to pause, modify, or stop my participation at any time.
For bodywork sessions, I understand that touch is included. All touch is offered with clear consent, attention to safety, and respect for personal boundaries. Consent is ongoing and may be withdrawn at any point during a session.
Session Format and Practicalities
One-to-one breathwork and bodywork sessions typically last around 90 minutes.
Group sessions usually last between 90 minutes and 2 hours.
Sessions may take place in person or online.
Payment and completed intake forms are required at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. A session is considered confirmed only once both payment and required documentation have been received. If these are not received within this timeframe, Her Wilder Nature reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the session.
If I arrive late to a one-to-one session, I understand that the session may still need to end at the scheduled time in order to respect boundaries and commitments, and that the full session fee remains payable.
For group sessions, I understand that punctual arrival is important for the safety and integrity of the group. Late arrival may be disruptive, and Her Wilder Nature reserves the right not to admit participants who arrive late once a session has begun. In such cases, the session fee remains payable.
For online sessions, I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure a suitable private space, a stable internet connection, and a device that allows me to participate safely. If technical issues prevent a session from taking place, this will be handled with care and on a case-by-case basis.
Alcohol, Substances, and Readiness to Participate
I confirm that I will not attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed substances.
I understand that arriving to a session in a state that significantly affects my capacity to participate safely may result in the session being paused, rescheduled, or declined, with the session fee remaining payable.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full, except in exceptional circumstances.
If Her Wilder Nature needs to cancel or reschedule a session, I will be offered an alternative date or a refund.
Recording Policy
Sessions are not recorded without explicit consent. If recording is required for training, supervision, or professional development purposes, separate written consent will be requested in advance.
Participants may not record sessions without prior written permission.
Corporate Wellbeing Sessions
Corporate wellbeing sessions are designed in collaboration with each organisation and tailored to the agreed context and needs. These sessions are not intended to replace medical care, mental health services, or occupational health provision.
Limitation of Liability
I understand that participation in breathwork and body-based practices involves personal responsibility and self-awareness.
I agree to release and hold harmless Her Wilder Nature and the facilitator from liability arising from my participation, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Data Protection and Privacy
By booking a session, workshop, or event, I acknowledge that my personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice.
This may include personal information and wellbeing-related details provided through booking forms, consultation forms, or intake forms. This information is collected solely for the purpose of offering sessions safely and appropriately.
I understand that records relating to my participation may be retained for legal, insurance, and safeguarding purposes for as long as reasonably necessary. Other personal data will be retained only for as long as required and will be securely deleted when no longer needed.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Confirmation
By booking and participating in this work, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and this Client Agreement, and that I am participating willingly and with informed consent.
